When will my order ship?
Each item is printed on a per order basis.
Our production time is 2-7 business days, and we have found it to take 4 days on average (higher during peak holiday months) -
How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery times are:
> United States: 3-6 business days from ship date
> Canada: 6-12 business days from ship date
> Europe: 6-12 business days from ship date
> Worldwide: 12-15 business days from ship date
Please contact us immediately if you encounter a problem with a lost item, or if your item is taking longer than expected. -
How much is shipping?
All United States orders ship free!
International (all orders): $6.99 for the first item, and $1.25 for each additional item
International (non US) shipments may incur customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. -
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a shipping notification email that includes tracking information once your order has shipped

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately we can’t accept changes or cancellations at this time.

What is your return policy?
If you're unhappy with your purchase and wish to return, please contact us at hello@frashdesigns.com with your order number, a photo of the product you received, and the reason you're not happy with it.
We will follow up with you as soon as possible and advise next steps.
Return Policies:
> Items will be accepted only if requested within 30 days of purchasing
> Items must be returned as new with the original packaging, including tags Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
> Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable -
How do you print your products?
Our products are printed via a process called direct-to-garment. The ink is embedded directly into the fibers of the cotton leaving a super soft, comfy end result.

Are your inks safe?
Our designs are printed using inks that are CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, meaning they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste.

Why does my order smell?
Sometimes our orders will smell due to pre-treatment that is necessary for the ink to adhere to the fabric. This treatment is harmless and is the same treatment used on any garment you would purchase at a store. Removing the faint odor is easy, just wash the garment as you normally would.

How do I wash my order?
Products should last through many orders, but we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low to increase longevity
